EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION-

1. Junior Stenographer –

HSC Examination or such other qualification as are equivalent to HSC Examination with ITI (Stenography), Certificate on Basic Computer Skill.

2. Junior Stenographer-

Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized University. He/she should have a minimum speed of 80 words per minute in shorthand both in English and Odia along with adequate knowledge in Computer application.

3. Junior Stenographer –

Candidates must have passed +2 Arts/Science/Commerce examination. He/she should have a minimum speed of 80 words per minute in shorthand both in English and Odia along with adequate knowledge in Computer application.

4. Junior Grade Typist-

HSC Examination or such other qualification as are equivalent to HSC Examination with Certificate on Basic Computer Skill.

5. Typist-cum-scribe Assistant-

Candidates must have passed +2 examination. He/she should have a minimum speed of 80 words per minute in shorthand both in English and Odia along with adequate knowledge in Computer application.
